Title: AI Pre-Sales Leader
Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad
Experience: 8–10 Years
We are seeking a high-energy, articulate AI Pre-Sales professional with strong experience in solution selling and building technology pipelines. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of AI domain knowledge, partner ecosystem experience, and strong communication skills to drive business growth with enterprise customers.
This role will work closely with sales, delivery, and strategic partners such as Microsoft and AWS to shape AI solutions, create compelling proposals, and convert opportunities into successful engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Pipeline Growth
- Drive business targets across pipeline creation, order book, revenue, and margins
- Develop proactive and reactive AI solution proposals for both new and existing customers
- Lead solution positioning and technical storytelling during customer engagements
- Work closely with sales teams to convert qualified opportunities into deals
Partner Ecosystem Engagement
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft and AWS partner ecosystems
- Develop joint solution plays and co-sell opportunities
- Drive partner certifications, solution validations, and marketplace readiness
Solution Development
- Architect and present AI/GenAI solutions tailored to enterprise use cases
- Work with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI technologies
Team Development
- Continuously build and mentor a high-performing pre-sales capability
- Support delivery teams during solution transition and execution phases
Must Have Skills
- Exceptional communication and articulation skills (spoken and written)
- Strong pre-sales experience in solution consulting and deal conversion
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI ecosystems
- Experience with platforms such as:
- Azure AI / AI Foundry
- AWS Bedrock / AgentCore
- LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks
- Proven ability to work within and win through Microsoft and AWS partner ecosystems
- Experience creating solution proposals, technical architectures, and value narratives
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent business qualification
- Experience delivering or implementing AI/GenAI solutions
- Familiarity with enterprise AI use cases such as:
- AI copilots
- enterprise search
- intelligent automation
- knowledge assistants
- Experience working with analyst firms and solution certification programs
