Why This Role Exists
We are transitioning into an AI-first organization. We aren't just "using" LLMs; we are rebuilding our entire product ecosystem around agents and retrieval systems.
The Problem: Standard recruiters rely on manual, legacy processes and can't hold a technical conversation. They can’t close top-tier AI talent because they don't speak "builder."
We need a TA Partner who leverages AI to build high-conversion recruitment engines to find the top 1% of AI Engineers and "Vibe Coders."
Your Tech Stack (The AI Leverage)
We aren't looking for just a "People Person" - we also want a Recruitment Engineer. You must be:
Workflow Automation: Expert at using LLMs (Claude/GPT/Gemini) and automation tools (Zapier, Make, or Python) to automate candidate mapping and research.
AI-Native Outreach: You don’t use generic templates. You use AI to craft hyper-personalized outreach based on a candidate's GitHub, technical blogs, or open-source contributions.
Technical Sourcing: You find talent where they actually live—Hugging Face, Discord, and GitHub—not just LinkedIn Recruiter.
System-Oriented: You treat the hiring funnel like a product, using AI to evaluate "signal" in a candidate’s work before the first call.
The Mission
HUNT: Source engineers and product builders who are shipping with Gen AI.
SELL: Articulate our roadmap as an AI-first organization in "builder-speak," not HR-speak.
SELECT: Use structured scorecards and Predictive Index (PI) to separate signal from noise.
CLOSE: Navigate the high-stakes world of Indian tech offers with precision.
Who You Are
2–5 Years in TA: Specifically within startups or high-growth product companies.
AI-Fluent: You can explain Transformer architecture and the difference between fine-tuning and RAG at a cocktail-party level.
Efficient: You’ve built an AI-leveraged recruitment workflow that has demonstrably saved you 10+ hours a week.
Metric-Driven: You know your sourcing-to-close ratios by heart.
Local: Based in Hyderabad (4 days/week in-office).
