We’re Hiring: AI Based Frontend Engineer (3–10 Years Experience)

About the Role
This isn’t a learning ground.
We connect elite, battle-tested engineers with high-growth US-based clients. As a Frontend Engineer in our network, you’ll be embedded into real product teams — crafting pixel-perfect interfaces, engineering seamless user experiences, and shipping features that real users interact with from day one.
This role begins as a contract engagement tied to active client mandates, with a clear path to long-term freelance opportunities for engineers who prove their caliber.
Compensation is in USD per hour — no conversion headaches, no ambiguity.

What You’ll Do
Build. Ship. Repeat.
- Design, develop, and own frontend applications — from architecture to production deployment
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance UIs across devices and browsers
- Collaborate with US-based product teams, designers, and backend engineers
- Translate complex requirements and wireframes into clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- Optimize for Core Web Vitals, performance, and bundle size
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Take full ownership — from spec to deployment — with minimal hand-holding
What We’re Looking For
Proven. Not promising. (3–10 years experience)
- Strong hands-on experience with modern frameworks (React preferred, Vue or Angular also welcome)
- Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript tooling
- Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, Pinia, etc.)
- Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud platforms (Vercel, Netlify, AWS Amplify, etc.)
- Comfortable working in async, remote-first teams
- Strong communication skills — able to explain UI/UX and technical trade-offs clearly
- Availability to overlap with US time zones (EST/PST)
Bonus Points (Stand Out Fast)
- Built and shipped products for US-based users
- Experience with design systems (Storybook, Figma-to-code workflows)
- Worked on AI-powered UIs, real-time features (WebSockets/SSE), or data-heavy dashboards
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or healthtech domains
- Strong focus on performance engineering (lazy loading, code splitting, profiling)
- Contributions to high-traffic, scalable applications
