About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated, curious, and hardworking freshers who want to build a real career in Digital Marketing. No prior experience or course is needed — we train you from scratch in Month 1, then put you straight onto live projects for the next 2 months. By the end of 3 months, you will have real work experience, a portfolio, and skills that actually get you hired.
Programme Structure
📚 Month 1 — Free Digital Marketing Training
Week 1 — Foundations
- What is Digital Marketing and why it matters in 2026
- Understanding SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Paid Ads
- Setting up tools — Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva
Week 2 — Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Creating and launching your first ad campaign
- Audience targeting, budget setting, and ad creatives
- Reading and understanding campaign results
Week 3 — Google Ads & Lead Generation
- Search ads, display ads, and YouTube basics
- Keyword research and landing page understanding
- How to generate leads for real businesses
Week 4 — AI Tools in Digital Marketing
- Using ChatGPT, Gemini, and Canva AI for content and campaigns
- Automating reports and responses
- Building a basic marketing strategy for a brand
💼 Month 2 & 3 — Live Project Work
Once training is complete, you move straight into real work:
- Run live Meta & Google Ad campaigns for actual clients
- Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Generate, track, and follow up on leads
- Build weekly performance reports using Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics
- Work directly with the marketing team on ongoing campaigns
- Contribute to strategy, creatives, and campaign optimisation
