We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer with strong expertise in decentralized application development and exposure to AI-powered systems and intelligent architectures. This role operates at the intersection of Web3 technologies, smart contract engineering, and AI-powered automation, contributing to the development of scalable dApps, DeFi protocols, and intelligent blockchain-integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
● Architect and develop scalable blockchain solutions and protocol-level systems
● Design, implement, and deploy smart contracts across Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM and non-EVM ecosystems) ● Build and maintain advanced decentralized applications (dApps) with seamless Web3 integrations
● Design and integrate AI-powered capabilities, including automation, advanced analytics, and intelligent workflow orchestration, into blockchain-based systems.”
● Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
● Ensure system integrity through secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalability planning.
● Integrate blockchain layers with existing infrastructure and external services via APIs.
● Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
● Stay updated with the latest blockchain protocols, tools, and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
● 4+years of proven experience in blockchain development or distributed systems engineering.
Core Technical Skills
● Solidity (Must-have)
● JavaScript / TypeScript
● Python / Go / Rust (preferred)
Blockchain & Web3 Expertise
● Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Polygon Solana, BSC or other non-EVM chains (good to have)
● Deep understanding of smart contracts & token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721), Cryptography & consensus mechanisms, Web3 architecture & wallet integrations
Frameworks & Tools
● Hardhat / Truffle / Foundry
● Web3.js / Ethers.js
● MetaMask & wallet integrations
● Git-based workflows
AI / Advanced Skills
● Exposure to AI/ML integration in Web3 applications
● Experience with Python-based ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch – basic exposure acceptable)
● AI-based automation, analytics, or data-driven smart contract logic
● Understanding of AI + Blockchain use cases (DeFi analytics, fraud detection, smart automation)
Nice to Have
● Proficiency in integrating RESTful services and external system interfaces.
● Strong familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git-based workflows.
● Exposure to decentralized finance (DeFi), NFT ecosystems, or token-based architectures is considered beneficial.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is preferred.
● Experience operating within Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
