Role Description
This is a full-time on-site AI Platform Tech Lead role based in our Pune/Goa AI R&D Lab. The AI Platform Lead will design, develop and lead end-to-end AI/Agentic AI solution based on enterprise AI Platform. This role includes ensuring excellent data engineering, data integration and building Agentic AI solutions for some of the unique problems in the world requiring scale, intelligent systems for big enterprise customers.
Qualifications
- Hands-on AI/GenAI Data Engineering, Data Integration and Data Infrastructure skills (3-5 years)
- Expertise in Solution Architecture with a focus on AI platforms (2-5 years)
- Experience in Agentic AI based Software Development (1-2 years)
- Experience in Unstructured Data Processing techniques
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in CSE/IT, AI/ML, Maths/Stats or a related field
- Prior experience in AI research and innovation is highly desirable
