🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior AI Platform Engineer (Production AI Systems)
📍 Location: Bengaluru
⏱️ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Joiners Only
🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer with deep expertise in building and scaling production-grade GenAI systems. This role demands strong ownership across LLM architecture, backend engineering, and distributed AI systems.
If you’ve moved beyond POCs and have hands-on experience delivering real-world AI products at scale, this opportunity is for you.
🛠️ Core Technical Skills (Must-Have)
🤖 GenAI & LLM Systems
- Strong hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture
- Hybrid search, re-ranking techniques
- Embeddings & semantic search
- Vector search mechanisms
- Deep understanding of LLM system designPrompt engineering & optimization
- Orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
- Context management & chaining strategies
- Proven experience building production-grade AI systems (not just POCs)
⚙️ Backend & System Engineering
- Strong backend expertise:
- API development (FastAPI / Flask)
- Microservices architecture
- Scalable & distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with AI agents / conversational AI frameworksMulti-agent workflows
- Chatbot / agent-based architectures
- Experience with vector databasesPinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.
- Strong proficiency in Python
☁️ Cloud & DevOps
- Experience with AWS ecosystem (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, EKS)
- Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes for scalable deployments
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Design & implement end-to-end RAG-based AI systems
- Build & deploy LLM-powered applications and agent-based solutions
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs for AI workloads
- Optimize performance, latency, and cost of AI pipelines
- Implement evaluation frameworks, guardrails & AI safety practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions
🎓 Qualification Criteria
- 5+ years of experience in AI / Backend Engineering
- Demonstrated experience in production deployment of LLM-based systems
- Strong understanding of scalable system design & architecture
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of AI platforms
