About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about digital marketing, paid campaigns, and analytics, and eager to scale high-performing campaigns across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, and KPIs to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with the design team for creatives.
- Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure conversion tracking, pixels, and tagging are properly implemented.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation (any discipline) - Mandatory
- Google Ads Certification - Mandatory
- 3 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid ads
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads is a plus
- Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
