About the Role

As a Specialist AI & Transformation Coach at Humanova, you’ll lead the forefront of emotional transformation within organisations. You will design and implement customised wellbeing strategies, facilitate leadership and team interventions, and work one-on-one with stakeholders using Humanova’s proprietary frameworks. You’ll also harness AI-driven insights to optimise outcomes and support sustainable cultural growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate emotional well-being and resilience programs for teams and leaders
  • Deliver tailored interventions, workshops, and transformation journeys
  • Use AI and analytics tools to generate insights and enhance decision-making
  • Collaborate with leadership to align wellbeing goals with performance outcomes
  • Design and execute change management and cultural transformation strategies
  • Provide empathetic, ethical, and evidence-based coaching support


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Emotional Intelligence, Emotional Regulation, and Psychological Safety
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or facilitation (both corporate and developmental contexts)
  • Familiarity with AI tools used for workforce insights or organizational transformation
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Background in psychology, organizational development, leadership coaching, or related fields
  • High ethical standards and a deep commitment to human-centered impact
