About the Role
As a Specialist AI & Transformation Coach at Humanova, you will drive emotional transformation across organisations. You’ll create and roll out bespoke wellbeing strategies for teams and leaders, design leadership and team interventions using Humanova’s proprietary models, and work directly with key stakeholders in one‑to‑one coaching conversations. You’ll also leverage AI‑powered insights to refine approaches and foster lasting cultural change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead emotional well‑being–focused programs that build resilience for teams and senior leaders
- Design customised interventions such as workshops, coaching journeys, or transformation programs
- Apply AI platforms and analytics tools to surface actionable insights that improve decision‑making
- Partner with leadership teams to align wellbeing objectives with business performance goals
- Develop and implement change management plans that support cultural evolution around wellbeing
- Offer compassionate, principled coaching grounded in research evidence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Emotional Intelligence, Emotional Regulation techniques, or Psychological Safety practices
- Demonstrated background in coaching or mentoring individuals or groups within corporate or developmental settings
- Comfort using AI tools that generate workforce or organisational insights for strategy or transformation work
- Excellent communication abilities, along with active listening skills that build trust quickly
- Academic or professional background rooted in psychology, organisational development, leadership coaching, or similar disciplines
- Strong personal ethics paired with a genuine commitment to human–centred outcomes
