Company Description ConverSim builds an advanced conversation simulation platform that helps enterprise frontline teams practice high-stakes customer interactions before engaging with live customers. Using ultra-low-latency generative AI and spatial computing technologies, the company delivers hyper-realistic, role-specific training scenarios across Web, Mobile, and VR. ConverSim focuses on turning soft skills into measurable performance, tracking sentiment, brand compliance, and response behavior in real time. Operating as a deep-tech, remote-first organization with a strong presence across the GCC, Europe, and Asia, the team brings together gaming engine specialists and LLM engineers to solve cutting-edge problems in speech, spatial audio, and workforce intelligence. ConverSim is committed to elevating human capability, reducing onboarding time, and enabling scalable, compliant workforce training for global enterprises.
Role Description The AI Orchestration Engineer (Junior) will support the design, integration, and maintenance of AI components that power ConverSim’s conversation simulation platform. In this full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, the engineer will help connect NLP models, speech pipelines, and telemetry services into cohesive, low-latency training experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and testing orchestration logic, assisting in building APIs and microservices, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues across AI workflows. The role also involves collaborating with senior engineers to refine model behavior, optimize resource usage, and ensure robust, secure deployments. The engineer will work closely with product and simulation design teams to translate training requirements into scalable technical solutions.
