AI Operations Strategist (Creative AI & Automation)
Location: New Delhi (On-site Preferred)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills & experience)
Career Paathshala is looking for a highly creative, AI-first professional who can leverage the latest AI tools to create high-quality social media content, videos, creatives, and AI-powered marketing campaigns.
This is not a traditional graphic designer role. We are looking for someone who understands how to use AI to work smarter, faster, and more creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create social media posts, carousels, reels, videos, and educational creatives using AI tools.
- Work with platforms such as Claude/Cloud AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, Veo, Runway, and other AI tools.
- Create AI-generated videos, promotional content, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Research industry trends, viral content ideas, and growth strategies.
- Assist with AI automations, agentic AI workflows, and connecting various AI tools.
- Support social media growth across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Help create AI-powered landing pages and marketing funnels.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and prompt engineering.
- Experience with AI creative tools, video generation tools, and automation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, and AI workflows.
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new AI technologies.
