Job details:
We are looking for final-year students who want hands-on experience working with real AI systems used in customer support.
Your work will involve:
- reviewing AI-powered customer support calls
- identifying mistakes and edge cases
- checking whether the AI followed the correct process
- tagging and documenting issues
- helping improve AI quality over time
Examples of issues you may review:
- incorrect answers
- repeated questions
- interruption problems
- language switching
- unresolved customer issues
You do NOT need strong coding skills for this role.
What matters more:
- willingness to learn
- curiosity about AI systems
- attention to detail
- ability to think clearly and follow processes
You will work with tools like:
- ChatGPT
- spreadsheets
- internal dashboards
- AI support tools
Over time, strong performers may also get exposure to:
- prompt improvement
- workflow automation
- AI testing
- internal tooling
- operational analytics
