Role Overview
We are hiring an AI-Native Video Editor who goes beyond traditional editing - someone who understands content performance, storytelling, and AI-powered workflows.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging video content across social media, ads, and digital platforms, while leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and output quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, ads, and brand campaigns
- Apply advanced color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling video concepts
- Optimize videos for platform performance (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Ads, etc.)
- Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to scale content production
- Ensure brand consistency and storytelling quality across all deliverables
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in video editing
- Strong expertise in Video Production & Editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Experience in Color Grading and Motion Graphics
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and current content trends
- Ability to create graphics and visual elements for videos
- Excellent attention to detail with a creative and analytical mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
Technical Requirement (Mandatory)
- Must have a reliable personal system/laptop capable of handling professional video editing workflows
- Company will not provide hardware or equipment
- Stable high-speed internet connection required
Bonus (Preferred)
- Experience with AI video tools
- Understanding of short-form content strategy and performance metrics
- Experience working on high-performing ad creatives or viral content
