🚀 Hiring: AI-Native Platform Engineer (7-12 Years of Experience)
Job Type: 📍 Remote | Full-Time
We are hiring a skilled Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale modern cloud-based systems. This role involves working on backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on execution and ownership.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs
• Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations
• Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and containerized environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
• Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding tools, to improve productivity
💡 Required Skills & Experience:
• 7-12+ years of experience in backend or platform engineering
• Strong knowledge of at least one language: Node.js, Python
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and system design
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
➕ Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or distributed systems
• Exposure to data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus
