Role Description
The AI-Native Operations Expert – BPM Transformation Director is a full-time on-site position based in Thane. This role focuses on leading and managing business process transformation initiatives with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, designing and implementing process improvements, aligning operations with organizational strategy, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, increase productivity, and execute change management strategies successfully.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), process transformation, and operational strategy
- Proficiency in AI technologies, data analysis, and automation tools relevant to business process optimization
- Strong project management skills, including resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and timely delivery
- Leadership and team management capabilities to oversee cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment
- Experience with compliance, risk assessment, and governance in business operations
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving results
- Relevant technical qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in AI-driven tools and technologies is highly desirable
