AI-Native Marketing Executive (All-Rounder)
📍 S G Highway, Ahmedabad | Real Estate / PropTech | 2+ yrs exp | Salary: As Per Market
About the role
We are an AI-first real estate brokerage building the intelligence layer between home buyers, brokers, and developers in Ahmedabad. We're not hiring someone to "manage marketing" — we're hiring one person who does full-stack marketing, powered by AI at every step.
Non-negotiable: You must be AI-native.
Hands-on experience with AI tools isn't a bonus here — it's a dealbreaker. We expect you to use AI to work at 3x speed across everything below.
What you'll own (and the AI edge we expect)
Lead Generation
- Meta Ads: audiences, creatives, budgets, optimization — using AI for ad copy variants, creative iterations, and performance analysis
- SEO: on-page, local SEO, GBP — with AI-assisted keyword research, content drafting, and programmatic SEO thinking
- Offline channels: society activations, developer site presence, events, hoardings, tie-ups
Content & Video
- Shoot, edit, upload — property walkthroughs, reels, founder content, testimonials
- Use AI video/editing tools (auto-captions, script generation, voiceovers, repurposing one shoot into 10 assets)
- Own the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube — AI-assisted planning and drafting
Coordination
- Single point of contact for our third-party ad agency — brief, review, push for output
- Coordinate events teams, vendors, printers, developer marketing teams
- Build AI workflows/automations (reporting dashboards, lead follow-up sequences, content pipelines) so coordination doesn't eat your week
Who fits
- 2+ years in marketing, ideally real estate / D2C / agency-side
- Daily driver of AI tools — ChatGPT/Claude for copy & strategy, Midjourney/AI image tools for creatives, AI video editors (CapCut AI, Runway, HeyGen or similar), automation tools (Zapier/Make) — show us your stack in the interview
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager + SEO tools
- Comfortable with a camera and an editing suite
- Bias for execution. You ship 10 things with AI in the time others plan one
