Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced AI-native Full Stack Engineer who operates at the level of a hands-on Engineering. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of 0→1 product development, drive technical direction, and work closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable systems at speed.
You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, making architectural decisions, and accelerating development using modern AI-driven approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end development of 0→1 products, from concept to production
Act as a technical leader and hands-on contributor across frontend and backend
Define and drive AI-first architecture and development practices
Work directly with clients to understand requirements, shape solutions, and build trust
Lead and mentor engineering teams while staying deeply involved in execution
Translate product ideas into scalable, maintainable systems
Accelerate delivery using AI tools, automation, and modern engineering frameworks
Handle complex problem-solving across domains, including healthcare and others
Navigate challenging stakeholder environments with maturity and clarity
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in full stack development
Strong expertise in:
Backend: Node.js / Python / Java (or similar)
Frontend: React / Vue / Angular (or similar)
Proven experience building and scaling 0→1 products
Hands-on experience with AI/ML integrations, LLMs, or AI-powered applications
Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and scalable architectures
Experience working in healthcare domain is a PLUS (HIPAA or compliance exposure is a plus)
Ability to balance speed with quality in fast-paced environments
