Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Native Engineer II based in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible for developing AI-driven solutions, leveraging neural networks and natural language processing techniques. Daily tasks will include designing and implementing software components, solving advanced pattern recognition challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI models that enhance OTM's platform capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Neural Networks and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Expertise in Pattern Recognition and its application within AI-driven systems
- Proficiency in Computer Science principles, particularly in algorithms and data structures
- Experience in Software Development with a focus on AI and ML applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and frameworks like Cursor or Claude Code is advantageous
