Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Pune Division for a highly skilled AI Native Engineer. The responsibilities include designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI systems and end-to-end full-stack solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents, optimize performance, and deliver solutions for complex, real-world business challenges, particularly in industries like finance and healthcare. This role requires innovative problem-solving and a commitment to high-quality deliverables that leverage AI tools effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs
- Build and optimize prompts for better AI outputs (Prompt Engineering)
- Integrate AI APIs (like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into products
- Develop automation workflows using AI agents
- Work on chatbots, copilots, and AI assistants
- Fine-tune models or customize outputs based on business needs
- Collaborate with product, sales, and tech teams
- Monitor performance and improve AI accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure data privacy and security in AI implementations
Required skills
Technical skills
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Prompt Engineering
- Python / JavaScript
- API Integration (REST APIs)
- Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
- LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar frameworks
- Basic knowledge of NLP
