Job Title: AI Native Developer (Digital Marketing Automation)
Job Role: Build multi-agent AI workflows for digital marketing automation
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Position Overview
We’re looking for an AI native software engineer whose main job is to build multi-agent AI workflows for digital marketing automation across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You’ll design agentic systems that plan, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns end-to-end using modern AI tools and orchestration workflows.
Responsibilities
● Design and implement AI agent workflows where agents handle campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and experimentation.
● Translate marketing objectives into structured specs (audience rules, budgets, KPIs, experiment plans) that agents can reliably execute.
● Build automated feedback loops that use performance data (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions) to refine campaigns and creative.
● Create AI-assisted tools for marketers such as campaign configurators, audience builders, and performance dashboards.
● Integrate and maintain APIs from ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for scalable AI-driven campaign automation.
● Ensure reliability with monitoring, alerting, and guardrails around spend, brand safety, and platform policies.
Required Experience
● 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
● Experience building multi-agent or multi-step AI systems and workflows.
● Hands-on use of AI coding tools/agents (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI-based tools, Windsurf, Cursor, or similar).
● Experience with spec-driven development and writing prompts/specs that encode rules and objectives for agents.
● Experience with LangGraph or similar multi-agent / orchestration frameworks.
Nice to Have
● Coding knowledge in Python.
● Digital / performance marketing knowledge.
● Experience running ads on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or other ad platforms.
