AI Implementor – Augmont
About the Role
We're hiring an AI Implementor to identify, evaluate, and deploy AI solutions across Augmont. You'll work cross-functionally with DevOps, Security, Trading, Finance, and Support teams to map AI opportunities, build business cases with real ROI math, and run 1–2 proof-of-concept pilots.
What You'll Do
Audit departmental workflows to spot high-impact AI opportunities → build business cases with cost-benefit analysis → evaluate solutions (off-the-shelf vs. custom vs. hybrid) → execute pilots → recommend delivery model (in-house, agency, or hybrid). Success means 4–6 documented AI opportunities, 3–5 business cases with quantified ROI, 1–2 successful POCs, and a clear recommendation on whether we build, buy, or partner for each.
Who We're Looking For
3–5 years shipping AI/ML solutions end-to-end (not research or theory). Hands-on with LLMs, RAG systems, or agentic workflows. Strong at translating between technical and business stakeholders. Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast. Fintech, trading, or NBFC background a plus. You've made a build-vs-buy decision and lived with the consequences—that experience matters here.
