About the Internship :

We are looking for 3rd/4th year B.Tech (CSE/IT/GIS/GI or Equivalent degree) students for an on-site AI/ML internship in Visakhapatnam, working on computer vision applications in the power distribution sector.

The role includes dataset preparation (annotation, segmentation), data preprocessing, and supporting model training using Python and ML frameworks.

Gain hands-on experience with real-world AI projects, collaborate with experts, and enhance your skills in computer vision and analytics & web application development.

 

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real-world datasets and AI applications.

 

Key Responsibilities :

               •            Perform dataset preparation tasks including:

               •            Bounding box annotations

               •            Image segmentation labeling

               •            Assist in training and evaluating computer vision models

               •            Work on data preprocessing and numerical data analysis

               •            Collaborate with the team to improve model performance

               •            Quickly learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and project requirements

 Required Skills:

               •            Strong foundation in Python programming

               •            Basic understanding of Machine Learning / Deep Learning concepts

               •            Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow / PyTorch (preferred)

               •            Interest in Computer Vision techniques

               •            Good analytical and problem-solving skills

               •            Self-driven, fast learner with attention to detail

               •            Having web development skills is additional advantage.

 Eligibility Criteria:

               •            3rd or 4th-year B.Tech students in:

               •            Computer Science (CSE)

               •            Information Technology (IT)

               •            Geo-Informatics (GIS)

               •            Must be based in or able to commute to Visakhapatnam

               •            Availability for on-site work

               •            No conflicting commitments during the internship period

               •            Passion for AI/ML and interest in the electrical domain
