Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an AI/ML Trainer. The AI/ML Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training materials, conducting hands-on sessions, and mentoring learners in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts. Key tasks include curriculum development, providing clear instruction, assessing learners' progress, and staying updated on the latest AI/ML trends to incorporate into training programs. The role also involves strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and trainees to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring, with strong proficiency in educational strategies and methods
- Strong knowledge and skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and related tools and frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver complex technical concepts
- Ability to create and manage comprehensive training material and session plans
- Problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning in emerging AI/ML technologies
- Prior experience in the clinical or life sciences industry is a plus
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
