We are seeking a visionary Senior AI / ML Trainer to spearhead our high-level corporate and professional training programs. This is a leadership-heavy instructional role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and pedagogy.

You will be the primary technical voice for our senior-level cohorts, ensuring that learners are not just understanding AI, but are capable of deploying production-ready models. You will fit into the organization as a subject matter expert who bridges the gap between our product innovation and our global community of learners.

โข Advanced Curriculum Design: Architect end-to-end learning paths for GenAI, LLM fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), with a heavy emphasis on NVIDIA-based training methodologies.
โข Corporate Training Delivery: Lead high-impact training sessions for corporate clients and senior professionals, focusing on industry-specific AI applications and GPU-accelerated workloads.
โข Hands-on Lab Engineering: Design and maintain sophisticated lab environments (using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Colab) for real-world project execution, ensuring seamless integration of NVIDIA GPU resources.
โข LMS & Content Leadership: Oversee the structure of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless and logical flow for advanced technical content, including NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) style modules.
โข Public Speaking & Thought Leadership: Represent the organization at webinars, tech conferences, and workshops to establish brand authority in the AI space.
โข Assessment Strategy: Design complex evaluation frameworks, including automated grading for code and project-based assessments involving CUDA and model optimization.
โข Mentorship: Guide junior trainers and teaching assistants to ensure consistency in instructional quality across the board.

โข GPU Computing: Strong understanding of NVIDIA GPU architecture, CUDA programming basics, and optimizing AI workloads using NVIDIA hardware.
โข Corporate Experience: 2โ5 years of experience in corporate training, curriculum development, or as a Senior Data Scientist with a passion for teaching.
โข Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills; ability to command a room of C-suite executives or senior engineers.
โข Tooling: Proficiency with Git, Docker, and cloud-based AI services (SageMaker, Vertex AI).
