Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. As an AI/ML Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related topics. You will design learning materials, lead interactive sessions, mentor trainees, evaluate their progress, and provide guidance. You will also stay updated on trends and advancements in AI/ML to ensure training content aligns with the current industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms, Artificial Intelligence frameworks, and Data Science concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with relevant libraries and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience in curriculum design, instructional delivery, and the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous learning in the field of AI and ML.
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in AI/ML or Data Science will be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate learners.
- Prior experience in the clinical research or healthcare domain is desirable but not required.
