Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Associate to support the development, deployment, and optimization of AI-driven solutions and data workflows. The role requires strong technical expertise in machine learning, data processing, and AI model implementation, along with excellent analytical and documentation skills. Experience in Regulatory Operations within Life Sciences/Pharma environments will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of AI/ML models and intelligent automation solutions.
- Perform data collection, preprocessing, cleansing, transformation, and validation for model training and evaluation.
- Monitor AI model performance, conduct validations, and optimize system accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Business Operations.
- Assist in integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications and business workflows.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot model and system-related issues and support continuous improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation including workflows, model behavior, configurations, and validation records.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts, model development, and AI fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Good understanding of SQL, databases, and data handling concepts.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Exposure to Regulatory Operations or Life Sciences domain is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in NLP, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision projects.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and deployment practices.
- Exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Understanding of SDLC, APIs, and version control systems such as Git.
