Role Description
This full-time on-site position, based in Kolkata, is for an AI/ML Team Lead. The AI/ML Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in building, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, mentoring team members, and staying updated on industry trends to drive innovation. The role demands strategic planning, problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering impactful AI/ML solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science
- Hands-on experience with Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing machine learning algorithms
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver on time while adhering to quality standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Experience with big data technologies and tools such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving technological innovation
