Position Summary: We are recruiting Healthcare AI/ML Specialist to spearhead the implementation of Generative AI solutions for our global client partners. This role focuses on driving discovery sessions, defining the AI product vision, and working as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams. You will be responsible for validating model outcomes against business KPIs and ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable clinical and operational value.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery and Ideation: Lead discovery workshops with Payer/Provider stakeholders to identify high-impact AI/Gen AI use cases (e.g., Clinical trial matching, automated prior-auth, or member sentiment analysis).
• Product Management: Translate business "pain points" into technical AI requirements. Manage the AI product backlog, prioritizing features based on feasibility, cost-to-serve, and business ROI.
• Design and Validation: Collaborate with Data Scientists to design model logic. Lead the functional validation of AI outputs (e.g., checking LLM accuracy against medical guidelines) and refine models based on clinical feedback
• Measure Outcomes: Define and track "Success Metrics" for AI deployments (e.g., reduction in claim denial rates, improvement in HEDIS gaps-in-care closure, or reduction in clinician documentation time).
• Regulatory & Ethical AI: Ensure all AI solutions comply with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and regulatory standards to maintain clinical trust and auditability
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and technology teams, to gather requirements and feedback.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: B. Tech/M. Tech in CS/AI and an MBA (preferred)
• Experience:
• 5+ years in US Healthcare Consulting with a focus on Product Ownership or Business Analysis for advanced analytics/AI products
• Ability to understand the LLM/ML Lifecycle (Fine-tuning vs. RAG, Data labelling, and Evaluation)
• Experience in healthcare domain with knowledge about Payer/Provider/PBM value chains
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
