Job Responsibilities
- AI/ML Model Development:
- Design, develop, and train machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Implement algorithms for natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Optimize model performance and accuracy using state-of-the-art techniques.
- Data Management:
- Process, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient model training and deployment.
- AI Integration:
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Ensure scalability and reliability of deployed AI solutions.
- Research and Innovation:
- Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
- Research and propose new methodologies to enhance the company’s AI capabilities.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the performance of AI systems and continuously refine models to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model behavior.
Job Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
- Skills:
- Expertise in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools like MATLAB or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of deep learning, NLP, and computer vision techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialist or equivalent certifications.
- Relevant AI/ML specializations from online platforms like Coursera or edX.
Remuneration
- Base Salary: QAR 200,000–QAR 300,000 annually.
