🚀 We’re Hiring: AI/ML Solutions Architect / Practice Lead
📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

💼 Experience Required: 8+ Years Overall | 3+ Years in AI/ML / Generative AI
Techsara Solutions is building a next-generation AI consulting and delivery practice focused on Generative AI, AI/ML solutions, enterprise automation, and client-focused innovation.
We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML Solutions Architect / Practice Lead who can help us build and scale our AI practice from the ground up.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design scalable AI/ML & GenAI solutions
✔ Work directly with clients and leadership teams
✔ Lead technical architecture and project delivery
✔ Mentor AI/ML engineers and consultants
✔ Support pre-sales, demos, and technical consulting
✔ Build reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and prototypes
💡 Ideal Candidate:
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Solution Architecture
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, and Cloud Platforms
• Hands-on expertise with Python, APIs, AWS/Azure/GCP, and AI frameworks
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills
• Ability to balance technical depth with business understanding
