Role:- Senior Solution Architect – AI/ML & Product Delivery Lead
Experience:- 14+ Years
Location:- Remote for now and later Hybrid (Lets focus on Bengaluru and Hyd)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, cloud-native, event-driven systems using Java Spring Boot, microservices, and AWS
- Build and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions including recommendation engines, GenAI/RAG pipelines, NLP systems, and dynamic pricing models
- Develop and manage ML pipelines covering feature engineering, model training (TensorFlow/PyTorch), deployment, and real-time inference
- Implement GenAI use cases using LLMs (GPT, LLaMA), LangChain, and semantic embeddings (BERT/NLTK)
- Establish and drive MLOps practices including model versioning (MLflow), orchestration (Airflow), monitoring, and drift detection
- Lead product delivery lifecycle: sprint planning, backlog management, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Terraform), and release management
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, coding, and delivery
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulations (GDPR, PCI DSS, Basel II/III)
- Drive innovation and POCs by evaluating emerging AI/ML technologies and creating technical documentation
