Role Description
The AI/ML Practice Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, focused on spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. This role involves leading a team to build AI-driven platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze business requirements, and driving innovation within company projects. The AI/ML Practice Lead will also oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms while ensuring their scalability and performance. Regular interaction with industry and academic stakeholders to strengthen ties and promote AI-driven solutions is central to the position.

- Proficiency in Cloud Platforms, Big Data Technologies, and MLOps practices
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage innovative projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Hackathons, Technology Transfers, and Contractual Research is a plus
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
