We are looking for an AI/ML Mentor / Lead Mentor who can guide learners through technical concepts, hands-on projects, and real-world AI applications.
Job Summary
As an AI/ML Mentor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical training sessions and mentoring students throughout their AI/ML learning journey.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical fundamentals, practical experience with modern AI technologies, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct interactive and hands-on sessions on Python, Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI.
* Teach concepts through practical examples, coding exercises, and real-world use cases.
* Guide students in developing AI/ML projects from concept to deployment.
* Mentor students in building portfolios and industry-relevant projects.
* Explain and demonstrate Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and Transformers.
* Provide guidance on APIs, AI tools, model integration, and deployment.
* Review student assignments, projects, and technical work.
* Identify learning gaps and provide individual guidance where required.
* Conduct project reviews, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
* Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, and industry trends.
* Contribute to improving the curriculum and practical learning experience at Deepstaq.
Technical Skills
Required:
* Strong knowledge of Python
* Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
* Practical knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs
* Understanding of NLP and Transformers
* Experience with AI/ML projects
* Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Good to have:
* RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
* LLM APIs and AI tools
* FastAPI
* Docker
* Model deployment
* MLOps
* Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
