Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage AI/ML projects from conception through deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure the deployment of scalable and efficient ML solutions on on-premise infrastructure.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and reporting on project progress and outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in AI/ML development.
Skills & Qualifications - Must-Have
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods
- Experience leading AI/ML projects in a professional setting
- Ability to work on-site in India as per company policy
- Mandatory 2-year bond agreement compliance
- Preferred
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Background in deploying ML models in production environments
