Intro:
PM Square Soft Services Private Ltd, is working on to build a retrieval-augmented AI systems that interpret structured and unstructured domain data to deliver explainable answers via chat and APIs. We’re a small, fast-moving team focused on practical LLM applications, data structuring, and reasoning automation.
Role:
- Build and maintain LangChain / LangGraph workflows for query understanding and retrieval.
- Integrate vector DBs (Qdrant/Milvus) with MySQL for hybrid data access.
- Create and optimize intent + parameter extraction for Q&A use-cases.
- Prepare data: parse PDFs / Markdowns, process tables, RDBMS data, chunk content, and generate embeddings etc.,.
- Deploy LLM inference (Ollama / vLLM / OpenAI API) and fine-tune prompts.
- Build lightweight APIs (FastAPI / Streamlit) and trace runs with LangSmith.
- Collaborate with founder & team to evolve architecture and reasoning logic.

- (Exposure to Hugging Face / Ollama / vLLM preferred)
Eligibility:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ML / NLP / LLM projects.
- Strong Python fundamentals and curiosity for applied AI.
- Able to experiment, debug, and iterate quickly with open-source models.
- Comfortable in a small-team startup setting; ownership mindset.
