Job Title: Lead Engineer – Product Analytics & AI/ML
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Engineer with 7 to 12 years of expertise in advanced AI/ML technologies, automation frameworks, and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist with strong leadership skills, capable of designing, implementing, and mentoring teams on cutting-edge AI-driven workflows and microservice architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems using Agentic AI and Generative AI frameworks.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise-grade knowledge systems.
- Architect and optimize workflow automation across diverse business processes.
- Build scalable applications using Python and integrate them with Microservices.
- Implement Model Context Protocol and advanced Tool Calling mechanisms.
- Ensure seamless cloud-based AI deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Drive microservice integration strategies for modular, resilient architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into existing enterprise systems.
- Lead technical teams, providing mentorship and guidance on AI adoption.
- Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Essential Skills
- Strong proficiency in Agentic AI and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering and RAG architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability in microservice integration and distributed systems.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol and Tool Calling.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and orchestration tools.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and technical mentoring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in GCP (e.g., Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
- Experience working in a product-led company.
