AI Lead to design and deliver production-grade AI systems for enterprise applications in Insurance, Healthcare, and Financial Services.
You will build scalable, reliable, and compliant AI solutions that operate under real-world constraints (latency, cost, accuracy & regulatory requirements).
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI architectures (LLM, ML & hybrid)
- Build production-grade RAG pipelines for domain-specific use cases
- Define AI integration patterns in microservices environments
- Implement secure data pipelines and evaluation frameworks
- Drive AI governance, explainability, and compliance
- Mentor teams and create reusable AI frameworks
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 8–15 years in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or AI Systems
- Hands-on experience building production RAG systems (document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval pipelines)
- Strong expertise in prompt orchestration, context management, and hallucination mitigation
- Proven track record of deploying at least 2+ production AI systems in enterprise settings
- Ability to choose and integrate LLMs, traditional ML, or hybrid approaches effectively
Must have built real production AI systems — not just prototypes, research, or prompt engineering.
