💡 Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python-based ML systems and Generative AI. This role focuses on designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and scalable MLOps systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to build secure, high-performance, and scalable AI-powered applications.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
🧠 AI/ML System Design
Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion → training → evaluation → deployment)
Lead LLM-based solutions using prompting strategies, RAG, and agentic workflows
Define scalable patterns for GenAI and ML application development
⚙️ Model Development & Optimization
Perform data analysis, curation, and quality benchmarking
Build and optimize models with feature engineering, training, and hyperparameter tuning
Fine-tune LLMs and optimize prompts for specific use cases
Evaluate and select appropriate models (open-source or proprietary)
Work with data teams to ensure dataset readiness and quality
🚀 MLOps & Deployment
Implement MLOps Best Practices
Model & prompt versioning
Experiment tracking
Monitoring & retraining pipelines
Drift detection and token cost optimization
Deploy models in production environments (APIs, batch, streaming)
Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
🔗 Platform & Integration
Integrate AI solutions into existing microservices and backend systems
Work with vector databases, APIs, and caching layers
Ensure security, governance, and compliance in AI deployments
🤝 Collaboration & Leadership
Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Mentor engineers on AI/ML and GenAI best practices
✅ Must-Have Skills
💻 Core
10–15 years of experience in software engineering
Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory)
Experience building production-grade ML systems
🤖 AI/ML & GenAI
Hands-on Experience With
Data analysis, curation & feature engineering
Model training, evaluation & hyperparameter tuning
LLMs / GenAI applications
RAG pipeline design
Prompt engineering & model tuning
Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex
Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and retrieval systems
Exposure to model fine-tuning (good to have)
⚙️ MLOps & Deployment
Experience with model deployment (API/batch)
CI/CD pipelines for ML systems
Monitoring and logging
Familiarity with tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar
☁️ Cloud & Scalability
