Role Overview
Debales.ai is seeking driven AI/ML interns to work on next-generation Agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications. This role offers hands-on exposure to building intelligent, autonomous AI agents and deploying scalable AI solutions in real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-powered applications and Multi-Agentic AI workflows.
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
- Develop, test, and deploy AI agents in staging and production environments.
- Integrate AI solutions with internal APIs and third-party tools.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance using observability and evaluation tools.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver scalable AI systems.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should:
- Be available for a remote internship.
- Be able to start immediately.
- Commit to a 6-month duration.
- Have a strong interest in LLMs, Agentic AI, and intelligent systems.
Additional Requirements
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures and transformer-based models.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Proven experience in designing and developing Multi-Agentic AI workflows and applications.
- Must have built at least 2–3 multi-agent AI projects, with code available on GitHub.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI workflows, tool-calling, and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Proficiency in Python and backend development (FastAPI or Flask preferred).
- Familiarity with observability tools (Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, Weights & Biases).
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure is a plus).
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills.
