Compensation - 25,000 per month
Role Description The AI/ML Intern role is a full-time, remote role. The intern will support the design, training, and evaluation of machine learning models for real-world client projects under the guidance of senior engineers and data scientists. Day-to-day work may include data collection and preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, model prototyping, performance benchmarking, and documentation of experiments. The intern will contribute to integrating models into product workflows, assist in debugging and optimizing code, and help prepare technical reports or presentations for internal and client stakeholders. This role is designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to applied AI in a fast-paced product studio environment.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, overfitting, feature engineering).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python, along with familiarity with standard data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).
- Understanding of basic deep learning principles and exposure to at least one framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred.
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, perform data cleaning, and conduct exploratory data analysis using visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and attention to detail in experimental design and documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort collaborating in a small, focused team environment, with openness to feedback and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in applied AI for domains such as fintech, Deep Tech,or enterprise infrastructure is an advantage.
