Mykare is looking for a passionate AI/ML & Generative AI Developer to join our growing team. If you enjoy building AI-powered products, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and solving real-world problems using AI, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications
- Build intelligent features using LLMs, AI APIs, and Agentic AI frameworks
- Work on NLP, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI workflows
- Design scalable AI pipelines and backend integrations
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models and agents
- Collaborate with product and business teams to understand AI use cases
- Work with vector databases, AI observability, and MLOps pipelines
- Participate in testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI systems
Skills Required
- Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Claude, etc.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, Transformers, RAG, and AI-driven applications
- Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, etc.
- Good knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Context Injection, Function Calling, and Model Evaluation
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar AI/ML frameworks
- Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS
- Knowledge of AI Observability, Evals, and MLOps tools
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations
- Strong logical thinking and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Interest in startup culture and learning emerging AI technologies
