Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer-Team Lead located in Noida. The candidate will lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative machine learning models and intelligent algorithms. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing teams, developing predictive models, working with neural networks, conducting data analysis and pattern recognition, optimizing algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and proficiency in developing Algorithms
• Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition
• Advanced knowledge of Statistics for building predictive models and data analysis
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving projects to completion
• Proficient in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development, such as Python or R
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage
• Proven ability to design scalable and secure AI-driven applications
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
