We're looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our engineering team and drive intelligent AI capabilities across our platform — from model experimentation to production-grade RAG systems and agentic workflows. If you're passionate about LLMs, NLP, and building real-world AI solutions, we'd love to connect.
What you'll do
Design and optimize AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack
Build and maintain RAG pipelines combining LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases
Develop and fine-tune ML and NLP models; implement APIs and microservices exposing AI functionality
Evaluate and monitor models using standard metrics and observability tooling
Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to ship AI capabilities into production
What we're looking for
5+ years in AI/ML or NLP solution development and product engineering
Strong Python proficiency — FastAPI, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, Pandas
Hands-on with RESTful APIs, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes deployments
Familiarity with cloud AI services — GCP Vertex AI (preferred), AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI
Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and retrieval system design.
