AI/ML & Azure Cloud Engineer (Intern)
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate AI/ML & Azure Cloud Intern to work on building cloud-native, AI-powered applications using modern Azure services. You will gain hands-on experience across AI, data platforms, microservices, and real-time analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop cloud-native applications using Azure App Services and.NET Core
- Build AI-powered features using Azure OpenAI (GPT-4 / GPT-4o) and Azure Cognitive Services
- Implement speech, vision, OCR, and personalization capabilities
- Develop responsive web apps using React or Angular and cross-platform apps using .NET MAUI
- Create and manage data pipelines (batch & real-time) using Microsoft Fabric
- Develop and deploy ML models using Azure Machine Learning
- Build microservices and event-driven architectures using Azure Functions, Event Hub, and Service Bus
- Work with databases like Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Synapse
- Support IoT and video analytics solutions using Azure services
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications and data systems
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and data teams
Key Technologies
- AI/ML: Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services (Vision, Speech, OCR)
- Data & Analytics: Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Real-Time Hub), Synapse
- Cloud & Backend: .NET Core, Azure Functions, AKS (Kubernetes)
- Databases: Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
- Streaming & Events: Event Hub, Service Bus
- Governance: Azure Purview
- Frontend: React / Angular
- IoT & Visualization: Azure IoT Hub, Power BI Embedded, Azure Maps
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science / AI / Data Science / IT
- Basic knowledge of Python or .NET (C#)
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- Familiarity with web development or cloud concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
