Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer at our Bengaluru office. The AI/ML Engineer will work on designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) systems with a focus on Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Pipelines. Responsibilities include researching advanced AI/ML methodologies, developing scalable algorithms, implementing models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions for clients in various industries. This position requires hands-on problem-solving, proactive experimentation, and staying updated with the latest industry advancements.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software development.
- Proficiency in AI/ML techniques such as Neural Networks, Pattern Recognition, and RAG Pipelines.
- Knowledge of Statistics and advanced analytical techniques to interpret data and optimize model performance.
- Familiarity with Vision AI, GenAI applications, and implementing scalable solutions for real-world problems.
- Experience with popular ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar, and hands-on coding skills in Python or other relevant programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach toward innovation and learning.
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Industry certifications in AI or ML are a valuable asset.
