Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI/ML Engineer based in Bengaluru, with an option for some work-from-home flexibility. The AI/ML Engineer will focus on designing, developing, and refining machine learning models, including tasks such as creating efficient algorithms, designing neural networks, and implementing statistical methodologies. Responsibilities also include analyzing large datasets, optimizing data pipelines for pattern recognition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with business goals. The role involves staying updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML to apply cutting-edge technologies for improving product capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including Algorithms and system design
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning concepts such as Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
- Proficiency in applying Statistics for data analysis and model evaluation
- Knowledge of AI/ML tools, frameworks, and languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience with large-scale data processing and data storage solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize solutions for real-world scenarios
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience with cloud-based data and AI pipelines is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts effectively
