Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ai/Ml Engineer role based in Krishna. The Ai/Ml Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions that support client projects and internal products. Daily responsibilities include collecting and preprocessing data, selecting and tuning algorithms, building and training neural network or other ML models, and evaluating performance using statistical methods. The role involves collaborating with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to integrate AI components into production systems, optimize model performance, and ensure scalability and reliability. The Ai/Ml Engineer will also document workflows, contribute to technical reviews, and stay current with emerging AI/ML tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to design efficient, scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for developing and refining AI/ML models.
- Solid understanding of Statistics for data analysis, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (such as Python), and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with cloud platforms, data pipelines, or MLOps practices is a plus.
- Exposure to real-world AI/ML applications, such as predictive analytics, NLP, or computer vision, is beneficial.
