Position: AI/ML Engineer
Location: Remote (Noida/Pune Locals preferred)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to help build an enterprise-grade AI interviewing and candidate assessment platform. You will work on LLM-based interview intelligence, candidate evaluation, fraud detection, computer vision, speech processing, and AI-driven scoring systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and fine-tune AI/ML models for candidate assessment and interview scoring.
- Develop LLM-based question generation, follow-up questioning, and response evaluation.
- Implement RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and structured AI workflows.
- Develop computer vision capabilities for identity verification, liveness, and suspicious activity detection.
- Work with speech-to-text, audio analysis, transcripts, and interview intelligence.
- Build scalable AI APIs using Python/FastAPI.
- Optimize model accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability.
- Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or open-source models.
- Design evaluation frameworks to reduce hallucination and scoring bias.
