Role Overview:
Teqfocus is looking for a smart, driven, and hands-on AI/ML Engineer who is excited to work onreal product development using modern AI tools and frameworks. The candidate will work directly with the CEO and department heads on building and improving AI-led products and internal solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, comfortable experimenting with new tools, and already using or actively exploring platforms like Claude, Cursor, LangChain, and LangGraph.

Location - Hybrid - Pune/Ranchi
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership on AI-based product development initiatives.
- Build, test, and improve AI/ML workflows, prototypes, and product features.
- Use modern AI coding and productivity tools such as Claude, Cursor, and similar platforms.
- Develop solutions using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Research and experiment with new AI tools, models, and development approaches.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate ideas into working solutions.
- Be available for late-night collaboration when needed to work directly with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Engineering degree preferred in AI/ML, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Candidates with other B.Tech / engineering degrees may also be considered if they have strong AI/ML exposure.
- 6 months to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar tools.
- Some experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, leadership-driven product environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Already using AI tools in their current or previous organization.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid experimentation.
- Interested in product development, not just theoretical AI/ML work.
